Who Claims the Kid.com (the "site") is a free, informational calculator and reference about which divorced or separated parent claiming a child yields more total household benefit, and whether Form 8332 is required. It is operated by Red Goggles LLC ("we," "us"). By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms; if you don't agree, please don't use the site.

We build the calculator from published IRS figures and take accuracy seriously, but the underlying law, dollar thresholds, and dates change and can contain errors.
